The section then moves on to developing as a leader, including identifying personal strengths and weaknesses, continuous professional development, and creating and implementing a personal leadership development plan. Inspiring and leading the team is also covered, with topics such as building a positive team culture, communication skills, conflict resolution, delegation, and accountability. The section concludes with leadership in practice, including identifying opportunities for improvement, encouraging innovation, implementing change, and sustaining innovation. Lastly, the section provides a summary of leadership theories and models, reinforcing positive leadership habits, addressing common leadership challenges, and continuing professional development and learning opportunities.
