Additionally, it covers conflict resolution techniques and models, such as the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument and Fisher and Ury’s BATNA concept. The course also provides strategies for managing team conflict and building consensus, as well as reflective practice for conflict resolution.

This section covers recognizing conflict and its types, communicative strategies for conflict resolution, conflict resolution techniques and models, managing team conflict and building consensus, and reflective practice for conflict resolution.
